BOOKINGS ARE OPEN for this Half-Day Meditation Course.
Many people believe that love causes pain, but in reality, the pain we experience in relationships comes from uncontrolled desire, also known as attachment. Pure love is a peaceful and joyful mind that brings happiness to both ourselves and others. Attachment, by contrast, gives rise to expectations and disappointment, and often leads to conflict.
On this practical and inspiring day course, open to everyone, we will explore Buddha’s teachings on the difference between love and attachment, and how we can cultivate pure love in our daily life.
Through guided meditations and accessible teachings, you will learn:
– How to distinguish between pure love and attachment
– Why attachment damages relationships and leads to suffering
– How to develop a peaceful, loving mind that brings lasting happiness
– Practical methods to improve relationships with partners, family, friends, and colleagues
By understanding the difference between love and attachment, we can develop real love, a love that uplifts the mind and brings harmony to all our relationships.
Everyone is welcome. Join us for a day of meditation, reflection, and practical wisdom, and learn how to improve your relationships by developing a good heart.
